Groups between 15 and 40 people may request a reservation at the Biergarten. Our ability to accommodate groups depends on date and time, size of your group, and other factors. During peak season, reservations are typically not available on Fridays or Saturdays. Please read the information below and submit a reservation request form at least two weeks prior to your requested date.

How Group Reservations Work at the Biergarten

• A $10 per person deposit is required 14 days prior to your event.

• An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to group tabs.

• Your deposit is the minimum payment for your reservation and goes toward purchases your group makes. 

• If your total bill, including gratuity, is more than your deposit , payment of the difference will be due prior to your departure.

• If your total bill, including gratuity, is less than your deposit, your deposit constitutes your full payment. 

• If you prefer to limit the your guests’ spending on your group tab (i.e. you only want to cover the cost of two drinks per person), we can provide tickets for you to distribute to your group.

• If you prefer not to limit your guests’ spending on your group tab (i.e. employ an “open bar” system for your party), we will provide wristbands for you to distribute to your group.

• Upon your arrival, Biergarten staff will obtain your credit card while your group tab is open.

Additional Information

• Gas and electric grills are not permitted in the Biergarten.

• You are welcome to decorate your reserved tables.  Please remove all decorations prior to leaving.

• Groups members share the general line for service and must follow the Biergarten rules and park ordinances.
